Estelle graduated with a Diploma of Remedial Massage from the Institute of Fitness Australia in March 2019 and has been working as a massage therapist since. In addition to being a valuable part of the team at Movement Mission, she also works with several athlete teams including State of Origin, NRL and BBL.

Estelle loves to work closely with Physios as a part of the client’s journey to wellness. She can improve movement and reduce pain, stiffness and tension through a variety of techniques, including dry needling, deep tissue and remedial massage. She also has a certificate in Myofascial cupping and uses that in combination with massage therapy when applicable.

Estelle is currently studying a Physiotherapy at Notre Dame University and is hoping to go further into the fitness and health industry as she is passionate about all things sports and fitness.

‘I love helping people to thrive and maintain their active lifestyles. As an avid gym goer, I understand the passion and need that drives people to exercise and I enjoy being apart of that journey.'
